- Work closely with clients to nurture & grow the account

Total Experience:

- Develop clean and structured HTML 4.0, XHTML 2.0, CSS & JavaScript code for front-end design projects.
- Working with Slicing, Mocks, Web Forms, PSDS, and AJAX for website frontend.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Front-page and Dreamweaver.
- Expert knowledge of HTML 4.0, XHTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript; strong knowledge of web standards is a must.
- Experienced & Passionate towards websites
- Should be aware of latest W3 standards.
- Should be proficient using Tables, Div's, CSS, HTML, XHTML & Javascript

- Design and prototype advanced website/software UI/UX concepts for web clients and RIAs.
- Know how of usability and accessibility standards for web.
- Facilitating design ideation, prototyping, and usability test efforts
- Ability to conduct task analyses, usability tests, heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, site visits, focus groups and related user research.
- Using ad-hoc tools and technologies (such as HTML, CSS, VS.NET, Flash) as part of the iterative prototyping-design cycles.
- Translating user requirements into innovative design sketches, wireframes, prototypes and written specifications as needed to help translate ideas into production.

- Experience in creating & implementing Facebook/ Orkut Apps
- Excellent communication skills (Preferably handling US clients)
- Updated on the latest LAMP features

- Minimum 3 years experience in SEO/SMO/SEM domain
- Devising SEO/SMO/SMM plan for new customers
- Should have strong expertise in various online SMM techniques
- Should have worked in a SEM/SMO company managing a team
- Should have managed medium to large size SEM campaigns
- Google Adwords certified candidates preferred
- Prepare & submit accurate reports to clients
- Keep updated on changing SEO algorithms
Salary Range:
3 – 4 Lacs per annum CTC
